GAP Group Ltd. is seeking an Installation Coordinator for the GAP Pump & Power Services Division. You will provide prompt service, raise contracts, prepare quotes, source equipment, arrange transport and handle invoicing for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume hire role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Proficient IT skills with MS Office including Outlook and Excel.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work well in a team and use own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Raise contracts and prepare quotes for customers.
• Source equipment and arrange transport.
• Invoicing and handling telephone & email enquiries.
• Coordinate with installation manager and teams to deliver bespoke solutions.
