GAP is looking for a proactive Hire & Sales Coordinator to join our Pumps & Power Services team at Former Marsh Works, Cleckheaton. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating hires and logistics for generators, dewatering and water-processing equipment.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Hire & Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Pumps & Power Services division who provide advice, servicing, maintenance and repair for generators, dewatering and sewerage pump applications.

This includes a large range of hoses, settlement tanks and water processing solutions.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and driving our success. From managing hire requests to coordinating logistics and resolving queries, you'll be the go-to expert who keeps everything running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing

• Ideally proven experience in a high-volume hire desk or a similar fast-paced customer service or administration role
• Excellent customer service skills with a commercial edge and a drive to increase sales
• Strong communication and organisational skills with great attention to detail
• Confident IT skills, including Outlook and Excel
• A team player who can also work independently and use their initiative
