Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers by telephone and email.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound hire enquiries and sales leads.
• Make proactive outbound calls to promote relevant products and services and help develop customer accounts.
• Prepare accurate quotations and order confirmations, and ensure invoices are produced at the end of each hire.
• Liaise with customers regarding equipment returns, hire extensions and any changes to requirements. Hire operations and equipment preparation
• Process, pick and pack hire orders accurately and prepare them for despatch.
• Manage stock within the hire fleet, helping to maintain accurate availability and equipment records.
• Check and clean returned equipment so that it is ready for its next hire.
