Job summary

Speedy Group UK&I is seeking a Hire Controller based in Hull to manage the end-to-end hire process, liaising with depot teams and customers to ensure smooth delivery and collection of equipment.

The successful candidate will coordinate with stock, drivers and engineers, building strong customer relationships and providing responsive service as part of a frontline sales and service team.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills both verbal & written.
• Commitment to learn and develop.
• Driving licence required.
• Previous experience in the hire industry or similar sales/operational role.
• Support the business unit to deliver ESG strategy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end hire process from order to delivery and collection.
• Liaise with depot teams to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Work with stock teams, drivers and engineers to minimise delays in fulfilling orders.
