Job summary

Speedy Hire in Doncaster is hiring a Hire Controller to manage the end-to-end hire process from order to delivery and collection. The role is based in the depot with daily liaison across stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure timely fulfilment of customer needs.

• Experience in the hire industry or similar sales/operational role.
• Full driving licence.
• Ability to liaise with multiple departments to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the hire process from order to delivery and collection.
• Liaise with all depot functions to meet customer needs.
• Desk-based role, coordinating with other departments daily.
• Engage with stock teams, drivers and engineers to minimise delays.
