Job summary

Speedy Hire Plc. in Liverpool is seeking a Hire Controller to be on the front line of sales and customer service, coordinating the complete hire process from order to delivery and collection.

Based in the depot, you will work desk-based with stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure equipment is available and customer needs are met; a driving license is required and previous hire industry or similar sales/operational experience is preferred.

• Previous experience in the hire industry or a similar sales/operational role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection.
• Liaise with depot stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure equipment is readily available and fulfilled.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction with Speedy services.
