Job summary

Speedy Hire Plc in Aberdeen is seeking a Hire Controller on a fixed-term basis for six months. You will manage the end-to-end hire process, from taking orders to delivery and collection, coordinating with depot teams to meet customer needs and ensure service quality.

This desk-based on-site role requires strong organisational and communication skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. A driving licence and prior experience in hire or sales/operations are preferred.

• Coordinate the end-to-end hire process from order to delivery and collection.
• Liaise with depot teams to ensure customer needs are met and service quality is maintained.
• Work on-site at the Aberdeen depot and interact with customers and colleagues regularly.
