Speedy in Haverfordwest is seeking a Hire Controller on a fixed term contract to manage the end-to-end hire process and drive customer satisfaction. You will coordinate orders, deliveries and collections, working closely with depot teams to ensure availability of equipment and timely service.

The role emphasizes strong organisation, communication, and a proactive approach to ESG objectives, with a desk-based position and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills.

• Commitment to learn and develop.
• Driving license.
• Previous experience in the hire industry or similar sales or operational role.
• Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection.
• Liaise with every part of the depot to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Work desk-based and collaborate with stock teams, drivers and engineers to minimise delays.
