Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and website requests to deliver a best-in-class service.
• Manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, owning the customer journey.
• Look for upselling opportunities using product knowledge and service excellence.
• Build Relationships with regular customers and internal teams to improve service levels.
• Operate in a fast-paced, operational environment with accuracy and deadlines in mind.
