The role involves communicating with customers by phone, email, and website requests, and managing an order from enquiry to post-hire feedback while owning the customer journey.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Customer Service role handling inbound orders or sales enquiries.
Experience in hire or construction industry is advantageous but not essential.
Developing and using product knowledge to support customer needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver best-in-class customer service using product knowledge.
Handle customer queries by phone, email and website requests.
Manage an order from enquiry to post-hire feedback.
Own the customer journey and build relationships with regular customers.
Identify and upsell opportunities where appropriate.
