Job summary

The Speedy Group UK&I is recruiting a Hire Controller in Leeds. You will coordinate the full hire process from order to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely fulfilment.

Based in the depot, you will work closely with stock teams, drivers and engineers to maintain availability and minimise delays. We are looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Driving licence
• Previous experience in hire industry or similar sales/operational role

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire hire process from order to delivery and collection
• Liaise with depot teams to ensure customer needs are met and service is delivered
• Work with stock teams, drivers and engineers to minimise delays and ensure equipment availability
• Provide frontline sales and customer service support and build strong customer relationships
