Warwickshire County Council is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Highways Systems and Data Officer to join our Highway Systems Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop a career in digital systems, data analysis and technology while earning a salary and working towards a recognised Level 3 Data Essentials Apprenticeship qualification.
As part of the team, you will help support the digital systems and technology that keep Warwickshire's highway network operating effectively. You will gain valuable hands‑on experience working with data, supporting business‑critical systems, producing reports, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping deliver innovative digital solutions across County Highways.
You won't just be learning from the sidelines. You will be actively involved in real projects that support highway inspections, maintenance, asset management and customer service delivery, helping to improve services for residents across Warwickshire.

The Highway Systems Team provides the digital systems, data and technology solutions that support the delivery of highway services across Warwickshire.
Working closely with colleagues across County Highways, including Delivery, Locality, Network Management and Asset Management teams, the service plays a vital role in maintaining accurate data, supporting operational decision making and driving continuous improvement through technology and innovation.
The team is responsible for supporting and developing key highways systems, improving data quality, delivering reporting and business intelligence, and identifying opportunities to make services more efficient and effective.
