West Sussex County Council is seeking a Systems and Data Lead to join the Systems Development Team in the Business Assurance Group. You will supervise staff, guide improvements to IT systems across the Highways, Transport and Planning directorate, and help ensure data and GIS support service decisions.
The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing core systems, supporting live environments, and delivering projects that improve how data and GIS are used for service delivery.

Salary: £44,075 to £47,181per annum.
Working Pattern: Full time, 37 hours per week.

In this role you will be part of the Systems Development Team in the Business Assurance Group that operates across the Highways, Transport and Planning (HTP) Directorate.
The Systems Development Team oversees and supports the wide range of IT systems used across HTP and plays a key role in developing, improving and integrating future systems to drive innovation, efficiency and excellent service delivery.
