Warwickshire County Council is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Highway Engineer to join our Structural Highway Maintenance Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering Warwickshire's highway structural maintenance and capital investment programmes, helping to maintain and improve one of the county's most valuable assets. Working closely with the Delivery Service Manager, operational teams, and our term maintenance contractor, you will lead the investigation, design, programming, procurement and delivery of a wide range of highway maintenance and improvement schemes. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role offers a varied workload across structural carriageway and footway maintenance, highway drainage improvements, surface treatments, reconstruction schemes, and small-scale capital projects.
