A leading educational organization is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a part-time role based in Wolverhampton. Working Pattern: Part time, 3 days per week, 21.3 hours per week, term time only
Start: From September 2025
Salary: £31,586.00 - £34,314.00 Annually (FTE) Part time, 3 days per week, 21.3 hours per week, term time only. Actual annual salary £15,640.14 - £16,990.94
What you will bring us:
The successful candidate will have a passion for working with young people and an ability to communicate effectively with children and adults.
Suitable candidates will preferably have experience of delivering a structured phonics scheme, such as RWI, and will play a key role delivering high quality teaching and learning across KS1 & KS2.
As an HLTA, you will support class teachers by leading learning activities, delivering interventions, and fostering positive outcomes for pupils. Your professional presence and ability to connect with children will help create an environment where every pupil can thrive academically, spiritually, and personally.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
