Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting for a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a school in South Shields. The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience working as a TA or HLTA
• Ideally hold a relevant Level 3 qualification
• Be confident supporting whole-class and small-group activities
• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be comfortable taking initiative within the classroom
• Have experience supporting pupils with additional needs
• Be reliable, adaptable and professional

Working hours:

• Monday-Friday
• 8:30am-4:30pm
• Full-time position
