Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a specialist educational setting in Blyth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is ready to take on greater responsibility, lead learning activities and support pupils with a range of additional needs.
You'll work closely with teachers and wider school staff, helping to deliver engaging learning experiences while providing the consistency and encouragement pupils need to grow in confidence and independence.

You’ll receive:
You'll have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA and be confident taking the lead when needed. You'll be organised, proactive and able to adapt your approach to support different learners.
You'll also be:
A recognised HLTA qualification is desirable, although relevant experience and the ability to lead learning activities will also be considered.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
