Protocol Education is recruiting a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in North London. You will support pupils across KS1 and KS2, deliver planned lessons and lead small group interventions during teacher release time.
The role requires HLTA status or equivalent, strong behaviour management and a proactive approach. You will work with teachers and the SLT to create an inclusive learning environment and may become permanent.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HLTA who is passionate about supporting pupils to achieve their full potential and is ready to take on additional classroom responsibilities across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
The successful candidate will work across KS1 and KS2, providing high-quality classroom support, delivering planned lessons during Teacher release time and leading small group and intervention sessions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
