High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) / Alternate SEN Primary Provision / Location: Chertsey, Surrey / Start Date: January / Day Rate: 110-125 (depending on experience)

The Role
  • Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) within a primary setting
  • Delivering learning activities and interventions under the guidance of teaching staff
  • Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and wider professionals
  • Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience working with SEN pupils (essential)
  • Confident supporting learning across the primary curriculum
  • Able to manage behaviour positively and consistently
  • HLTA qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Committed, flexible, and passionate about inclusive education
