Teach Now is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support a vibrant primary school in Barking & Dagenham. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable practitioner who enjoys leading learning, supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, and contributing to whole-school success.

The Role
  • Lead whole-class and small-group sessions across EYFS–KS2.
  • Work closely with teachers to support planning, assessment, and classroom delivery.
  • Provide targeted interventions to help pupils meet learning milestones.
  • Model positive behaviour and support pupil wellbeing.
  • Assist with creating engaging learning resources and maintaining a purposeful classroom environment.
