Command Recruitment is recruiting for a Sales Controller in Warrington, UK. This hands-on role places you at the heart of a high-volume used car showroom with strong footfall and stock variety. You’ll drive showroom performance, manage deals, and support the sales team to maximise every opportunity.

The position offers a strong earning potential with a base salary of £42,000–£49,000, plus up to £2,000 monthly bonus and OTE £70,000+. Weekend work and rota-style scheduling are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales is essential.
• Experience as a Sales Controller or in a similar role is required.
• Strong closing skills and commercial awareness are essential.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and managing sales activity.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive showroom performance.
• Manage deals and maximise sales opportunities.
• Help Sales Executives convert more customers.
• Push deals through and overcome objections.
• Manage pipeline, deal flow and daily activity.
• Maintain high standards from enquiry through to handover.
• Collaborate with management to deliver exceptional results.
