Responsibilities

• Report to management and oversee daily sales operations
• Act as a customer-facing sales leader to maximise sales and satisfaction
• Support used car yard operations and stock presentation
• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team while remaining hands-on
• Implement and drive effective sales plans and targets
• Advise customers on finance and insurance products and manage agreements
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality sales experience for every customer
• Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Lead by example, communicate professionally, and adhere to all company policies and codes of conduct
