Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a General Manager in the United Kingdom to lead daily store operations, people, and performance. You will be on the front line, coaching teams, ensuring food quality, safety and excellent guest experiences while driving profitability.

With 2+ years in general management within hospitality or QSR, you will own the P&L, develop leaders, and implement strategies that grow sales and control costs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years general management experience in high-volume hospitality.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and Mystery Shopper results.
• Full P&L ownership and cost control experience.
• Strategic leadership and talent development.
• Operational excellence in food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams and manage day-to-day operations across front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Create an engaging working environment and model Five Guys values.
• Develop and manage the team, working on the line with crew and managers.
• Own the store P&L, drive sales and control costs.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and help with long-term planning.
• Handle HR issues and recognition to motivate staff.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
