Job summary

Yell in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within our field sales team. You will hunt for new clients, tailor digital marketing solutions, and close deals with both new and existing customers.

You will manage client relationships for up to 12 months post-sale, analyse data to boost ROI, and advance toward senior roles in a fast-growing digital marketing environment with uncapped earnings.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in Field Sales or high-performing telesales.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilient with a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS is desirable.
• Must have a full UK driving license (6 points max).

Responsibilities

• Hunting for New Business: proactively prospecting through self-sourced and company-provided leads to open doors to new clients.
• Tailoring Solutions: engage in face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Closing Deals: presenting, negotiating, and sealing the deal with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
• Client Management: nurture relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience and account management for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Data Analysis: conduct in-depth reviews to identify opportunities for growth and improve client ROI.
