At Yell, we are seeking ambitious Business Development Managers to join our Field Sales team and drive business growth across the UK. You will hunt for new business, tailor digital marketing solutions, and close deals with both new and existing clients, supporting them for up to 12 months post-sale.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, negotiation, and delivering measurable ROI, with a base salary and uncapped earnings through bonuses and incentives. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Field Sales or high-performing telesales.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilient with a positive outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence with <=6 points.

Responsibilities

• Hunting for new business and prospecting through self-sourced and company-provided leads to open doors to new clients.
• Tailoring digital marketing solutions through face-to-face and virtual consultations to meet client needs.
• Closing deals by presenting, negotiating, and sealing the deal with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
• Managing client relationships for up to 12 months post-sale with a seamless experience.
• Conducting in-depth data reviews to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.
