Job summary

Portfolio Credit Control in Manchester City Centre is seeking a Telesales Team Manager to lead a 10-12 strong sales team. The role offers £45,000 basic plus OTE £65,000+ and regular bonuses, with opportunities to become Head Of within 18 months.

You will coach, recruit, set daily KPIs, run morning huddles, conduct 121s, and drive performance in a fast-paced contact centre. A direct, energetic manager with experience in B2C or B2B sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast paced contact centre sales environments.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Experience interviewing and recruiting for sales teams.
• Setting targets and monitoring performance daily.
• Motivating teams and managing incentives.
• HR-related experience including 121s, disciplinaries, sickness and absence management.
• Experience managing a sales team in B2C or B2B contexts.
