Better is seeking a dynamic Telesales Advisor to generate leads and book appointments for our field sales team in Bournemouth. You will start with a competitive £30K base, rising to £32,500 after training and £35K once KPIs are met, with senior roles at £40K and strong OTE opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or outbound calling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from our pre-qualified data.

• Conduct follow-up calls or emails to nurture leads that require additional engagement.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
