Better is seeking a driven Telesales Advisor for our Bournemouth site to generate leads and book appointments for the field sales team. You’ll work toward targets, enjoy uncapped commission, and benefit from a lively, incentive-rich environment.

Starting salary is £30K with progression after training, KPIs to reach £35K and higher Senior levels. OTE is strong and there are regular monthly incentives and a welcoming team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or outbound calling is required.
• Confident communicator with ability to engage decision-makers quickly.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from our pre-qualified data.
• Pique interest and create awareness about products and services offered.
• Gather information about prospect needs, budget, and decision-making process.
• Assess qualification using predefined criteria.
• Follow up to nurture leads and keep CRM records up to date.
• Stay informed about products and services and articulate key features and benefits.
