Job summary

We Finance Any Car in Manchester is seeking a Sales Team Leader to own a high-performing team of Sales Executives. You will lead from the front, coach on calls, monitor KPIs and shape a results-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales leadership or management roles.
• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven sales environments.
• Hands-on leadership with coaching and development.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, conversion and sales performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in vehicle finance, brokerage or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Executives to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
• Drive daily performance through hands-on coaching, feedback and structured development.
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline, conversion and individual performance to maximise team output.
• Listen to calls and identify opportunities to improve sales conversations, objection handling and conversion.
• Deliver regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and on-the-job coaching.
• Support your team with complex deals across customers, lenders and dealers.
• Create a high-energy, accountable and results-focused sales environment.
• Lead from the front, stepping in when needed to support key opportunities and drive deals forward.
• Ensure the team consistently delivers a five-star customer experience.
• Work closely with senior leadership to support wider growth, performance and sales strategy.
