Job summary

The Recruitment Solution is assisting a Carlisle-based dealership in finding a Service Advisor to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for customers at the service reception, ensuring a smooth check-in and warm welcome.

Experience with Kerridge is highly desirable. You will manage bookings, raise and close work cards, secure authorisations, coordinate with the workshop, and arrange courtesy cars via One Link while aiming to upsell services.

Qualifications

• Experience in a main dealer environment.
• Kerridge (DMS) experience preferred.
• Able to greet customers and manage service reception.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at service reception.
• Book in vehicles for service.
• Raise and close job cards.
• Obtain authorisations for work.
• Liaise with workshop on work in progress.
• Arrange courtesy cars using One Link.
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and upselling.
