Job summary

The Recruitment Solution is seeking a Service Advisor for a prestige automotive dealer in the Peterborough area. You will welcome customers into the service reception, book in vehicles and manage job cards while aiming to upsell and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have main dealer experience, knowledge of RTC, One Link and Kerridge, and be prepared to work with a supportive team and a leading brand offering a £40,000+ OTE package and excellent progression

Qualifications

• Experience in a main dealer service environment.
• Experience with RTC, One Link and Kerridge is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and upselling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at the service reception.
• Booking in vehicles and raising/closing job cards.
• Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out.
• Liaising with the workshop on progress.
• Arranging courtesy cars using the One Link system.
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and upselling.
