• Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception.
• Raising and closing job cards with accuracy.
• Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out.
• Liaising with the workshop on progress and updates.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception.
• Booking in vehicles.
• Raising and closing job cards.

• Arranging courtesy cars using the One Link system.
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and upselling.
