The ideal candidate will have main dealer experience, strong customer service and admin skills, and familiarity with Kerridge, RTC and One Link. Full-time, on-site position with a structured earning package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a main dealer environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service and administration skills.
• Familiarity with RTC and One Link systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the service reception.
• Book in vehicles and raise/close job cards.
• Obtain authorisations for work and liaise with workshop.
• Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system.
• Costing, invoicing and up-selling when appropriate.
