Job summary

Confidential in Exeter is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy dealership. You will be the main contact for customers, ensuring a smooth aftersales experience and supporting the workshop in maintaining efficiency and productivity.

The role involves booking service/ MOT/repair work, providing accurate estimates, updating customers on progress, upselling additional work, and managing invoices. UK driving licence is required and Kerridge/Pinnacle experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good sales and upselling ability.
• Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Booking in vehicles for service, MOT and repair work.
• Providing accurate estimates and obtaining customer approval.
• Keeping customers updated on progress and costs.
• Upselling additional work, services and products.
• Liaising with the workshop and technicians.
• Managing invoices and paperwork.
• Delivering high levels of customer service and CSI.
