Yell Ltd in the United Kingdom is looking for ambitious Business Development Managers to join a high-energy field sales team in the digital marketing space. You will prospect, tailor solutions and close deals with new and existing clients, while building lasting relationships and driving revenue.

The role offers a base salary of £35,875, an additional car allowance (£5,200–£6,200), and the potential for uncapped earnings.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in field sales or high performing telesales.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and a positive attitude toward overcoming objections.
• Excellent presentation skills—verbal and written.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS is desirable but not essential.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Hunting for new business: proactively prospecting through self-sourced and company-provided leads to open doors to new clients.
• Tailoring digital marketing solutions through face-to-face and virtual consultations.
• Closing deals: presenting, negotiating and sealing agreements to drive revenue growth.
• Client management: nurturing relationships and providing account management for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Data analysis: reviewing performance to identify growth opportunities and boost client ROI.
