Yell, the UK's leading managed digital advertising partner, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth on the Field Sales team.

You will hunt for new business, tailor digital marketing solutions, close deals, and manage client relationships for up to 12 months post-sale, with real opportunities to progress into more senior roles.

This role offers a base salary of £35,875, a car allowance, generous holidays, pension options and a supportive, award‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in field sales or high performing telesales.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilient, positive mindset to overcome objections.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
• Experience selling solutions or SaaS is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence with 0–6 points.

Responsabilités

• Hunt for new business via self-sourced and company leads.
• Engage in face-to-face and virtual consultations to assess needs.
• Close deals and drive revenue growth with new/existing clients.
• Nurture relationships and manage accounts up to 12 months post-sale.
• Perform data reviews to identify growth opportunities and ROI.
