Job summary

Yell is seeking ambitious Business Development Managers to join our Field Sales team across the UK. As a key player, you’ll drive growth by sourcing new clients, tailoring digital marketing solutions, and closing deals with both new and existing customers.

This role offers a strong earning potential with a base salary of £35,875 plus bonus and generous car allowance (£5,200–£6,200), plus uncapped earnings. You’ll build relationships, manage accounts up to 12 months post-sale, and help brands

Qualifications

Proven track record of success in field sales or high-performing telesales.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Excellent presentation skills—verbal and written.
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

Hunt for new business by self-sourcing and company-provided leads to open doors.
Tailor digital marketing solutions through face-to-face or virtual consultations.
Close deals with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
Manage client relationships and up to 12 months post-sale.
Conduct data analysis to identify growth opportunities and ROI.
