Job summary

A leading logistics company in Greater London is seeking experienced HGV2 drivers for ongoing work with a large food delivery client in Southall. Drivers will be responsible for daily vehicle checks, assigning routes for deliveries to major supermarket chains, and maintaining professional interactions with dispatchers and customers. A competitive pay rate of £17.50 per hour on weekdays and £25.50 on bank holidays is offered, along with additional benefits including weekly pay and 28 days of paid annual leave.

Qualifications

• HGV2 Cat C Driving Licence with CPC and Digi Tacho.

EXPERIENCE HGV2 DRIVERS WANTED!

The Best Connection Staines are recruiting for experience HGV2 drivers for a large food delivery company based in Southall!

Pay Rates:

£17.50 phr - Monday to Friday.
£25.50 - Bank Holidays.

Shift Allocation

04:00am - 05:00am starts.
Minimum 8hrs paid per shift.
45min unpaid break.

Driver Responsibilities:

Daily vehicle checks.
Deliveries to large supermarket chain delivering to the South East.
You will be allocated your own route.
8/12 drops per day - Multi drop experience preferred but not essential.
Adhering to assigned delivery and collection schedules, following all job directives precisely, will include interacting with dispatchers/customers in a professional and timely manner. Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
Products can be cages or palletised.

Driver Requirements:

HGV2 Cat C Driving Licence,
CPC, Digi Tacho.
2yrs driver experience with HGV2 vehicles.
No more than 3points.
Good customer service and professional skills.
