A leading tech training provider in London seeks a Helpdesk Apprentice. This role involves first line support, customer interaction, and learning opportunities within a 15-month paid program leading to Microsoft certification. Ideal candidates are motivated individuals eager to grow in technology with a full UK driving licence and basic qualifications. Successful apprentices may be offered a permanent position as Helpdesk Technician.

This is an apprenticeship opportunity, for people aged over 16, under the National Apprenticeship Scheme leading to Microsoft Desktop Support Engineer qualification. It is approximately a 15 Months programme with a combination of workshops and on the job learning. In this role you will get paid while you learn!

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

In addition to your training and qualifications, you will receive a salary of £17,000 per annum.
Successful completion of the apprenticeship and a high standard of performance during the programme will potentially lead to an offer of employment as a qualified Helpdesk Technician within our support department.
You will also receive 20 days paid holiday (rising to 23 days between 5- and 10-years’ service) in addition to public holidays.
92% of QA Apprenticeships secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.
To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
