Job summary

Accor is seeking a Guest Service/Restaurant Server to welcome guests and deliver high-standard dining room service in our Birmingham hotel. You will take food and beverage orders, serve guests, and ensure orders are accurate and timely while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

You will promote the F&B offer, assist with upselling, and maintain a friendly, personalised guest experience from arrival to departure. Prior hospitality experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous F&B and customer service experience is essential.
• Friendly, welcoming and proactive attitude required.
• Willingness to upsell and promote offers.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and send to kitchen via POS.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure correct items and temperatures.
• Provide efficient, friendly service and handle guest inquiries.
• Maintain tables and service areas clean and tidy.
• Promote F&B offerings and upsell to guests.
• Follow Accor safety and hygiene standards.
