Job summary

Accor is seeking a bartender for its UK hotel venues to ensure seamless beverage service and a vibrant guest experience. You will prepare and serve cocktails and coffees, manage your station, and uphold brand standards across the F&B operation.

The role requires strong guest focus, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality, with opportunities to learn and progress within the Accor portfolio.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender within hotels or service-based industry is required.
• Sense of urgency.

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Welcoming the guests to our new F&B outlets & providing efficient, friendly, and professional service
• Conveying the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and excellent grooming standards
• Communicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests
• Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and coffees
• Good knowledge of our products
• Take responsibility for your designated section and station
• Ensuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all times
• Receiving and processing customers’ payments
• Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables
• Taking a positive problem-solving approach to guest problems and concerns
• Actively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services
