Harwood Recruitment Solutions Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic IT Systems Trainer in Newbury to deliver practical and engaging training across the firm, from partners to business support teams.

You will run classroom, desk-side and virtual sessions, create guides and videos, and help colleagues adopt new systems while keeping content up to date. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience delivering training, coaching or systems support within a professional environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and OneDrive
• Confidence presenting to groups and supporting individuals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• The ability adapt training for different audiences and levels of technical confidence
• A patient, practical and learner-focused approach
• The confidence to work independently and manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, desk-side, one-to-one and virtual systems training
• Run IT and systems induction training for new starters
• Provide follow-up training and targeted support to individuals and teams
• Help colleagues resolve day-to-day systems queries
• Create clear training guides, videos and e-learning materials
• Keep training content updated as technology and systems develop
• Work with departmental heads to identify training needs
• Support the successful adoption of new systems and technology
• Maintain training records and reporting on engagement and outcomes
• Promote best practice in the use of systems across the firm
