Job summary

iO Associates is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end customer onboarding, conversions, and software delivery in a healthcare tech environment. Lincoln-based with hybrid work (2–3 days on-site) and a salary of £40,000–£50,000 depending on experience.

You will own concurrent client implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless rollout across varied client environments, while mentoring junior staff and maintaining strong governance and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, with delivery of software implementations.
• Healthcare/health tech domain experience is highly preferred.
• Strong governance, documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software implementations and data conversions across multiple clients.
• Maintain project controls: PIDs, RAID logs, status reports.
• Coordinate external clients and internal teams; manage CAB requests.
• Guide client adoption and value realization of the platform.
• Mentor junior colleagues with feedback and knowledge sharing.
