This top-tier Legal 500 firm in Guildford is looking for a Healthcare Solicitor to join its highly rated team. You will be working with leading individuals and key Lawyers in the field on complex and high-profile work on behalf of professionals such as dentists, nurses, doctors and pharmacists. Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse range of cases involving fitness to practise proceedings with regulatory bodies for healthcare professionals
• Provide legal support for healthcare professionals in inquests, local NHS disciplinary proceedings, clinical negligence claims and criminal investigations
• Offer specialised advice in areas such as pharmacy market entry applications

Requirements

• A qualified Solicitor between 1-3 years of PQE
• Proven expertise in healthcare regulatory matters for private clients
• Committed to delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining the department's reputation for excellence

Those with a background in criminal defence or inquiry, including investigative and evidence-gathering experience will be considered.
