Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking a dedicated Receptionist for Cygnet Elowen Hospital in Derbyshire. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 8:00 am–4:00 pm or 9:00 am–5:00 pm shifts, delivering outstanding customer service and supporting day-to-day operations.

You will greet visitors, manage sign-in/out, handle calls, and assist with general admin tasks. The hospital provides a safe care pathway for adults with eating disorders and complex needs, with a compassionate, team-based environment

Qualifications

• Experience as receptionist/administrator
• Organised and helpful with strong multi-tasking
• Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Confidentiality and data handling

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming reception experience
• Greet visitors and notify staff on arrival
• Ensure sign in/out; record patient movements
• Answer and transfer calls; take messages
