Cygnet Elowen Hospital in Derbyshire is seeking a dedicated receptionist to be the welcoming face of our hospital and support day-to-day operations. You will greet visitors, answer calls, manage sign-ins and assist with office tasks in a busy healthcare setting.

The role requires strong customer service, organisational skills, and GCSEs in Maths and English. DBS check is required; salary is £28,050 per year with benefits and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English required.
• Organised, diligent and able to handle confidential information.
• Experience liaising with customers/visitors and providing a front-line service.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming reception experience.
• Greet visitors, notify staff of arrivals and ensure sign-in/out.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls and take messages.
• Sort and distribute post; assist with general office duties.
• Keep the reception area clean and secure, following protocols.
