The Senior Healthcare Support Worker will be an integral part of the ward/department team actively meeting the needs of patients and of the service in accordance with agreed standards under direct supervision of the registered nurses, nurse associates and midwives. The post holder will develop essential competencies through training and practice to ensure safety and quality are the priority.
