A leading healthcare provider in Bristol is seeking a passionate Care Assistant to support residents with complex needs in a newly built facility. Responsibilities include personal care and daily living support. Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in care within the UK. Cornerstone Healthcare is looking for experienced and passionate and confident Care Assistant to join our award-winning team at The Burren. The Burren is a brand-new purpose-built service location South Bristol, providing high quality care & supporting residents with varying complex neurological, mental health & dementia care needs provided in a comfortable and safe living environment. Our approach focuses on individualised care, considering the whole person’s unique strengths and challenges, rather than just the diagnosis.
Please note: Due to the specific needs of our male residents who require same-sex personal care, this position is open to male applicants only under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1 (Occupational Requirement)
Total hours per week: 38.5 (12 hour shifts)
Day or Night Shifts, Weekend work required
Supporting all aspects of daily living including personal care, mealtimes and social activities
