A large healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a nurse for the OOH District Nursing Service. The role involves providing nursing care and support to patients in their homes and requires a driving license due to the geographical area covered. NHS experience is preferred. Posts will be within the OOH District Nursing Service within the Glasgow HSCP South Sector. The post holder will be expected to work as part of a team to provide nursing care and support to patients in their own homes.
Driver's licence is essential as a large geographical area is covered.
NHS experience is preferable.
