Health Care Assistant - Complex Care (Child)

Location: Ropley - Winchester

Pay: £15.00 up to £22.00 per hour

Shift: Flexible

Full Training Provided

£50 signing-on bonus paid to all workers within your first weekly pay. Additionally, a £50 recommend-a-friend bonus is paid to all OneCall24 Healthcare employees for each recommended worker who completes their first week.

OneCall24 Healthcare is recruiting a team of carers to provide care to clients living at home with complex nursing and care needs. Due to our young client's complex health conditions, ongoing day and night support is required. We are seeking dedicated complex care professionals committed to supporting these care packages long-term. Full training and clinical support will be provided to all team members.

Applicants should have experience in:

• Complex care at home, working with children, adults, or both
• MAR Charts
• Moving and handling

Responsibilities include assisting with health provision functions across day and/or night shifts, such as administering medication, moving and handling, personal care, and healthcare tasks tailored to each client's needs. All activities are performed to ensure clients remain safe and comfortable at home. Support is provided by qualified Nurse Managers overseeing all care packages.

You will be a vital part of the OneCall24 Healthcare complex care team, committed to delivering quality, person-centered care. Full training on all aspects of care delivery and 24-hour support will be provided. Access to personal transport is important due to the nature and location of the work.
